Booking Forms

If you would like a quote or want to check availability please use the contact form on the contact us section and we will reply as soon as possible.

To make a booking first contact us to check availability and to request a quotation.  To secure your dates you only need to leave a 25% deposit, then 4 weeks before collection the balance will be due. The deposit and the balance can be paid over the phone with a card or via bank transfer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash payments.

 

Once you have paid your deposit, fill in the booking form BELOW and press submit. Please take time to read the terms and conditions before you agree and return.

Please take time to read the ID requirements, these are to be brought with you when you come to collect the motorhome. ALL documents are to be dated within 90 days of the start of your hire and MUST be in all of the drivers names and addresses.

 

Failure to provide the correct documents will result in the vehicle not being able to be released on hire.  THIS IS AN INSURANCE REQUIREMENT SET BY OUR INSURERS. 

 

If you are in any doubt at all please contact us at least 3 weeks before you come to collect so there is enough time to contact your utility providers.

A Security Deposit of £1,000 will be charged against your credit card on collection of the Motorhome & refunded as long as it is returned as set out in our terms & conditions

Do you hold a UK Driving Licence?
Have you ever been refused insurance?
Do you have any criminal convictions past or pending?
Do you have any physical or mental defect or infirmity or suffer from fits, diabetes, or / and heart complaint?
Have you been involved in any accidents in the last 3 years ?
Do you have any points / convictions on your driving licence?

2nd Driver Details

Are you a UK citizen?
Do you hold a UK Driving Licence?
